Leasing Procedures

1. Search our website and identify properties you are interested in.
2. Call or stop by our office to schedule an appointment to see your preferred properties.
3. Bring your completed application (download or pick up at office) to your appointment.
4. After you have identified the property you want to lease, turn in your application and fee to the leasing agent. Please allow at least 24 hours to process your application.
5. If you would like to reserve the property while your application is being processed, you must also submit your security deposit with your application. If your application is denied by us your security deposit will be returned to you. If you fail to sign a lease after your application is approved you forfeit your security deposit.
6. We will notify you when your application has been processed.
